Club Elections 2026

The Club Elections for 2026 board will be held on November 2, 2025. This is the same as the Turkey Day at the Club.

As per the updated bylaws, the following is needed to hold office :

The ones that have not resigned / walked away from a Club Board Position in the past 5 years. Any paying member that has refused to join / resigned / walked away from the board / office during the middle of the term is not allowed to run for office for next 5 years. Medical reasons or events are the only exception and return will be subject to the board. This applies to the Members and their Spouse. This is to preserve the integrity of the office and continuity of the position. Dependent children are NOT allowed to run or hold office at the Club Board.

Members that have been a member of the club for over 1 YEAR are allowed to hold office. This is lower than 3 year membership requirement. The club has several members that want to volunteer and want to feel involved. One Year Requirement for PAID individual membership is mandatory.

The positions are going to be as follows :

President (1)

Vice President (1)

Secretary (1)

Treasurer (1)

Board Members (9)

As you will be able to notice, the club has made significant changes and upgrades under the current leadership. A significant number of board members intend to continue on the board and continue the upgrades to the club. That information will be coming up soon.

Please pickup the form for intend to run for office at the clubhouse starting Thursday – October 16, 2025 and return it to the office by October 29. 2025 at 4:00 PM after which the ballots will be made.

The Annual General Meeting Date and Time will be announced shortly. It is scheduled before the election day.
